She works with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, sports-related issues, and balance or work-related limitations. Tanvi uses a combination of manual therapy, movement assessment, and progressive exercise programs to provide individualized, goal-focused care.

As someone who enjoys weightlifting and staying active, she understands the frustrations that come with injury and is passionate about helping patients get back to what they enjoy.

She works alongside Daniel at Axis Physical Therapy in Plano, seeing both patients referred by Axis Orthopedic & Spine surgeons and those who seek direct-access care.

FAQs about working with Tanvi

What does CSCS mean for my care?

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is the certification held by strength coaches at the college and pro level. For PT patients, it means Tanvi can build a return-to-sport progression that bridges traditional rehab into actual performance training — an unusual depth of programming for outpatient PT.

Does Tanvi treat post-operative patients?

Yes — post-surgical rehabilitation is one of her core focuses. She works closely with the surgeons at Axis Orthopedic & Spine to follow surgeon protocols precisely while progressing patients on a clear, evidence-based timeline.

Can Tanvi help with sports performance, not just injury recovery?

Performance enhancement is part of her practice. Patients who finish formal rehab often transition into a performance-focused phase — addressing the imbalances or weaknesses that contributed to the original injury and building beyond pre-injury baseline.
