Typically 3–5 days. It's water-resistant — you can shower and even swim with it. We replace it during your next session if needed.
Is k-tape just placebo?
Evidence is mixed. Strong evidence for some applications (post-surgical edema reduction, postural cueing); weaker for others (general pain relief). We use it where evidence supports it and don't oversell it.
Does it work for athletes?
